ATTORNEY
NIKKI MIMS
is a prominent attorney, entrepreneur, and community advocate whose career reflects a rare blend of academic excellence, business acumen, and unwavering public service.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Nikki is the daughter of Lyn and John Mims, respected and successful business owners in the construction industry. As pioneers in innovative construction methods, masonry, and construction management, her parents instilled in her a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, integrity, and hard work from an early age.
Attorney Mims earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida A&M University in 2002, followed by a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 2004, graduating with Distinguished Honors. During both her undergraduate and graduate studies, Nikki demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial drive, owning and operating a highly successful clothing boutique and later acquiring and scaling a dealer-authorized Boost Mobile company. In 2014, she strategically sold the business to investors, allowing her to pursue her lifelong calling in law.
In 2017, Nikki graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, receiving honors recognition. That same year, she advanced her legal education by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Governance and Finance, graduating top of her class. Her academic focus and professional passion center on business law, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and governance, areas in which she brings both scholarly depth and real-world business insight.
Attorney Mims is the Managing and Founding Partner of Noble and Wise Attorneys at Law, Inc., where she provides strategic legal counsel with a principled, results-driven approach. She is currently barred in the State of Wisconsin and continues to pursue additional bar admissions across the United States as part of her national practice expansion.
Beyond the courtroom, Nikki is widely recognized as a governmental regulation whistleblower and environmental advocate. She played a leading role in spearheading local Orange County initiatives under the Clean Water Act and was instrumental in protecting Split Oak, a conservationally protected land targeted for development by a major railroad corporation. Through her relentless advocacy and legal positioning that the land could not be lawfully encumbered, the matter was brought before voters and ultimately passed on the local ballot with an overwhelming 87% approval, preserving the land for future generations.
A devoted mother of two—one son and one daughter—Attorney Mims takes immense pride in raising bright, accomplished scholars. She is also a passionate dog lover and pet mom to her rescue pit bull terriers, Cookie and Pablo. Her commitment to sustainable building practices, environmental conservation, and ethical governance extends seamlessly from her professional life into her personal values.
In her personal time, Nikki enjoys traveling with her family and continuing to build her entrepreneurial portfolio through open-key business ventures, which she strategically develops and sells for profit. Her faith is paramount in both her life and business, grounding her leadership with compassion, purpose, and moral clarity.
Attorney Nikki Mims is known not only for her legal expertise and political strategy, but also for her heart for service. She remains deeply committed to doing good in the communities where she lives, works, and serves—standing as a trusted advocate, principled leader, and visionary attorney.
